Design and Imagery

Sign off confirms the client approves with the aesthetic and functionality of the site including layout and navigation. Permissions for the use of images and logos used within the site are assumed to have been secured by yourself, the client. It is your responsibility to ensure these permissions have be obtained by the relevant person/company. (Exception: Stock images which SBG/SED* have supplied will have been licensed.) All images used are agreed by yourself that they are relevant, accurate and truthful to your sites needs. 

Once final sign off has been given, the designer is no longer liable for any errors or omissions in the site. Proofing of the final site and or prinitng and proofing of artwork is the responsibility of the client.

Configuring Store

Policies have been created from templates. Minor amends have been made to match what you have told us about your business. Please check these through carefully to ensure they match what is true for your business. Sign off indicates that you have done this. Products which have being imported have been done so with every care taken to ensure that the full catalogue has been imported accurately. However please check this through before sign off to ensure that you are happy with this.

Copy and written Content

This includes checking that copy supplied by you, (the client), has been interpreted and used correctly to accurately and truthfully reflect the purpose of the your business. Any copy generated and provided by Small Business Geek also interprets, and is used correctly to accurately and truthfully reflect the purpose of your business. It is also free from spelling and grammatical errors. Any errors spotted after sign off may incurring additional costs.

It is assumed that any recommendations left via social media by the client, gives permission to SBG/SED *to use these for their own marketing purposes.
